Are the items on your site guaranteed to be in stock?

Our site daily reflects the most current inventory. However, due to the fast moving nature of our business, an item you purchase may be out of stock. In this case, you will have two options: (1)Your order will be placed on our backorder list, and mailed to you as soon as it arrives, or, (2)you may request a prompt refund of all your money paid.
 
We update our web products and contents on a daily basis. However there are times when someone will completely buyout inventory of a particular item or item(s) before an order is processed, and before our site reflects "SOLD OUT" status. If this should occur with your order, you will receive a FULL REFUND for that item.
 
Sorry we do not reserve products on customer's behalf.
 
Also if you are selling on auction sites which might last for a week or 2, it's good idea to list a product with stock quantity of 20 or more as it is very likely low stock products might run out by the time your auction matures.
